HELP SUPPORT A GOLDEN DREAM

“We are training every day, pushing our limits and going faster than we have ever gone. We dream of winning the gold for the US,” said Anna Mickelson, US women’s team member.

The men and women, lightweight and heavyweight, sweepers and scullers of the US National Team need you to join them on this journey. These amateur athletes are training for a performance of a lifetime. The NRF has supported our nation's finest so far.

Please give. This year’s squad has so much potential for success. There has never been a more important time to give to the NRF. We look forward to your support.

Pull hard, go fast!

How to make a donation
DONATION - Our annual support of the U.S. Team is wholly dependent on annual giving. To help defray National Team expenses, please donate your contribution online by clicking on the Make a Donation button, or mail in this form. You will have the choice of earmarking your contribution in four ways.

PLANNED GIVING - To make a major impact on the financial stability of the U.S. Team support, a personalized planned giving program will maximize the benefits and give you the personal financial flexibility that you desire. Please contact the Director of Development, Mr. Dave Vogel, for that information.

GIVING APPRECIATED STOCK - Current tax laws make it possible for you to make a charitable gift of stock at a remarkably low after-tax cost. Giving stock costs you less. The NRF recognizes the full market value of the (publicly traded) stock as your contribution. For stock owned for more than a year, stock gifts to the NRF allow you to avoid paying federal and state capital gains taxes (which can be 20% or more). Securities can be transferred directly to the NRF’s account. Please contact Dave Vogel at 203-687-7995 or vogel.nrf@gmail.com for more information.

ROWING HISTORY - If you have any vintage rowing items that would be a great addition to any of the Rowing History Collections, please go to the Rowing History page for details.

VOLUNTEER - The NRF is a volunteer group and can always use help with tasks. If you would like to volunteer your services, please contact the National Rowing Foundation, natrowing@comcast.net.

Thank You for your support!
